Make the shape of circle as possible. 3) Fix it with screws once more. 4) Fix the cat carpet with screws. If your cat is familiar with wood, you can skip the carpet. 2. Support Part 1) First cut the wood to the same size as the picture. The thickness is 15mm. 2) Fix the wood with screws as shown below. The position should be set according to the urethane wheels you want to use. 3) Fix the urethane wheels to support the weight of the catwheel. 4) Fix the side wheels. This wheel prevents the catwheel part and the support part from rubbing when the catwheel is moved in the horizontal direction. If there is no wheel, the part marked in red is rubbed. 3. Things to Improve 1) I want to change the thickness of the wood to 12mm. 15mm is too heavy...
